In siting the planned sports complex, we make the fullest use of the conditions of the site and turn their advantages to the benefit of the buildings and the layout. In the siting and the design of the buildings, an important consideration was that the individual facilities, pitches and halls, besides being used simultaneously, should also be able to host sporting events independently as well as training. We examined the placement of the outdoor pitches and the buildings in the layout in a complex way: because of their size and suitable positioning, the pitches are defining parameters, which are linked to the properly oriented placement of the outdoor stands and the siting of the buildings. The aim of our site concept is a clear, legible, easy-to-use sports complex where the buildings to be designed, complemented by the swimming pool building, form a unified layout. We are planning three building masses, whose organic unity is reinforced by the internal road network linking them, which has a coloured surface.
